You may have noticed that I haven't posted anything to this weblog in like...a little more than nine months. Interestingly, that amount of time neatly coincides with the amount of time it took me to bring Abigail Rose into the world. After nine months of nausea and vomiting, and nearly twenty hours of labor, I finally delivered a healthy 6 pound, 13 ounce girl on January 30. As I recently told a friend, Abby is adjusting to life on planet earth and Jason and I are adjusting life on planet Abby. She of course has her own website and blog at
